We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you a night off to relax with us.

Please RSVP by July 31, 2027 on our RSVP page. If we haven't heard from you by then, we'll have to count you as unable to attend.

Your invitation will list the names of everyone included in your party. If you're unsure or your plans change, just reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Let us know as soon as you can. Final headcounts go to the venue two weeks out, so the earlier we hear, the easier it is.

Garden formal. Think elevated garden party — romantic dresses, flowing fabrics, sophisticated separates, and polished suits. Gentlemen are welcome to wear classic black.

Just white or ivory, please. Otherwise we'd love to see you in our palette of warm browns, muted rose, soft sage, and warm gold.

The ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors on a rooftop terrace with garden stone underfoot. Block heels, wedges, or flats will be far more comfortable than stilettos.

Yes. A shuttle will run from The Pfister to the ceremony and back on Saturday for guests staying at the hotel. Otherwise, Uber and Lyft are easy to find throughout the city.

Milwaukee Mitchell International (MKE) is 20–25 minutes from the venue. Chicago O'Hare (ORD) is about an hour and fifteen minutes if the fares are better.

Yes, and it's free. There's a lot behind the building, with additional street parking on Capitol Drive.

The ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors on The Atrium's rooftop terrace garden. Dinner and dancing move inside. If the weather turns, everything moves indoors.

The reception runs until our send-off at 11:30 PM. We'll point you toward a nearby spot if you'd like to keep the night going.

Cocktail hour begins right after the ceremony at 5:30 PM, followed by a plated dinner with an open bar through the evening.

We'd love for you to be fully present, so we're asking for phones away during the ceremony. After that, take all the photos you want and share them with #thecaballeros.
